@oncor 8/ I reset my alarm for 7 AM and went back to sleep. clearly not my best night’s sleep, but I was tired enough that I did manage to fall sleep again. ... Until my alarm woke me at 7. When I didn’t have power by 7.30 I called Oncor again and their automated system recognized me.

@oncor after 18 hours without power I had power for 2 hours. It’s back off again, how do I know if you’re doing a rolling blackout and I’m not just going to be in the dark for another 18 hours? Is this now properly scheduled? This new blackout started at 12:58.

@oncor - May I know when the electric will be back in 7966 North Glen Drive Irving Texas. Outage started at 9:30 am cst and till now no electricity and even there is no way to reach oncor. This is big problem for me as I have small kid. Heater is not running as no electricity.

@oncor 9/ Their system recognized my cell phone number and new that I had reported an outage earlier. However, this time I got a much less reassuring message to the effect that “we are currently unable to provide an estimate ...”. I have no idea whatoccurred since my prior call.

@ERCOT_ISO @oncor So ‘rolling blackouts’ for some (like us) means no power for 6 hours at a time with 1-hr interruptions with power? Meanwhile most people nearby have barely lost power at all. That makes sense. Fix this, you idiots!

@oncor your chat representatives are the worst - they give canned answers and disconnect the chat in the middle of the conversation So to recap - no trucks in the area after 14 plus hours and your customer service reps decide when to end conversations with customers

I’m sure you all won’t turn the power on before checking my area but we got hit bad with ice and there are several trees on lines and possibly down lines and sagging lines due to fallen trees. I can really leave the house do to falling trees
