Why is Osmumten's Fang good? ›

Osmumten's fang has a special attack, Eviscerate, which consumes 25% of the player's special attack energy. The attack provides a 50% increase to accuracy for the next hit, and uses the fang's true max hit when determining damage rolls.

Osmumten's Fang now only benefits from its passive effects when using the Stab attack style. Added +15 Slash Accuracy to the Scythe of Vitur. Scythe Charges now cost one Vial of Blood and 200 Blood Runes for 100 Charges. Scythe Charges are now only used when rolling at least one hit above 0.

The tanzanite fang is obtained from killing Zulrah. It can be used with a chisel to create the toxic blowpipe (empty), requiring level 78 Fletching and granting 120 Fletching experience. Players can dismantle the fang to receive 20,000 Zulrah's scales, resulting in a profit of 9,577 coins.
